Bill Adams- Bill, president and founder of the company has over 45 years experience in the business and has attended numerous schools over those years. Bill has been past President of NAOHSM Berks chapter and is a delegate to NAOHSM national board. Bill has also been involved with the Berks County Outstanding Young Woman program for over 43 years and has also been a Boy Scout leader.

Scott Adams- Scott, the COO of the company has also attended numerous schools. He was the youngest president of NAOHSM Berks Chapter. Among Scotts other resume items he has been on the City of Reading Heating board since 1998 and was the Base heating officer for Elmendorf Air Force Base between 1988 and 1991. Scott is a veteran of the USAF and a previous Eagle Scout.
